Chaturanga Dandasana (Plank Pose) tutorial

This is extremely important information. Many yoga classes, including mine in our Yoga Club (this is Brittany speaking) use the energy of this pose to flow through our movements. Proper alignment is necessary in the asanas (poses), but perfection is not. Everyone’s body will look different in yoga, but keying on certain alignments will help build your practice and maintain a healthy and safe practice for your physical body. Please watch this video, and keep practicing! This is a beautiful practice to work towards if you would like engage in a vinyasa or ashtanga inspired practice.
